What is the Women's Evolution Bootcamp? WEB is Ottawa's newest and hottest fitness program for women only!  Combining stretching, resistance training and cardio training, our fitness coaches will motivate and inspire you in the early hours of the morning!

Done in 8-week intervals, we take state of the art fitness exercises and specifically hold WEB from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. so you can get a great start to your day. Boost your metabolism, get energized and feel great the whole day!
